Bernese have been one of my great loves for many years. I purchased my first Bernese in 1998 and fell in love with the breed. I knew the breed had many health issues and decided I wanted to improve the breed.
I have been actively showing in AKC Conformation since 1993 when my former employer needed help grooming and handling her dogs. From that point on I got my feet wet handling German Shepherds, English Springer Spaniels and Boston Terriers for friends occasionally. In 2003 I decided I wanted to get more involved and purchased my first Bernese Mountain Dog show prospect, I finished him in 2006 with limited showing. My dogs are family first, the love and devotion they give is an incredible feeling!!!
Our goal as breeders is to improve the breed as a whole. There is not one issue more important than the other because all are equally important. To find out more about our breeding goals, please visit the "About" page.
